Article 10 (Termination of Contract) If one party violates this Agreement and fails to correct the violation within 14 days from the date of receipt of the other party's written request for correction, the other party may terminate the contract by written notice. In this case, settlement is made for the portion performed up to the date of termination.
Article 11 (Resolution of disputes) Disputes related to this contract will be resolved through agreement between the parties, and if no agreement is reached, the court with jurisdiction over Party A’s address shall be the court of first instance.
Article 12 (Other) Matters not specified in this contract shall be governed by relevant laws and customs. To prove the establishment of this contract, two copies of the contract shall be prepared, signed or sealed by Party A and Party B, and each Party shall keep one copy.
