Through the annual ordering plan for each institution, we understand in advance which projects will be released in the next quarter.
You will be notified when the specifications are released and will be notified by the deadline for submitting comments.
We organize announcements of goods, construction, services, and foreign capital based on contract method and estimated price.
Search for R&D project announcements under the same conditions as bid announcements.
The winning bid amount and preliminary price method are linked to the original announcement to establish the criteria for the next bid.
Check the competitive landscape in advance based on the history of companies that have received orders for the same item.
We search for related patents in businesses with technical requirements.
You just need to create the conditions once and save them. From the next login, the already filtered list will be the first screen.
If you use a space, you will find announcements that contain all the words, and the order does not matter. Search for the announcement name, organization name, and announcement number in one space.
Save keywords, business type, contract method, region, and estimated price range and designate one of them as default.
Announcements remaining within three days of the deadline are collected separately on the list and displayed along with the opening date and time.
You can remove announcements that have already been completed and those that have been marked as not of interest from the list.
The only conditions left are to participate in a negotiated contract, general competition, limited competition grades 2 to 7, and nominated competition.
Download the search results as CSV and paste them into the existing form, and save the items you want to keep track of as interest notices.
If you receive notification during the pre-specification stage, you may have two to three weeks to review the specifications and submit comments. If you look at the ordering plan and R&D project announcement together, you can see the time to prepare for the next quarter.
Opening the KONEPS every day reduces the time spent repeating the same search to just checking one notification in the morning.

There are no programs to install or contracts to sign. You can search right away without an account, and you can only use the save and notification functions by creating an account, and receive notifications through Telegram.
Enter keywords, job type, region, and estimated price range and check the search results.
When you find useful conditions, log in to your account, save them, and set them as default. You can search without logging in, but saving requires an account.
Select one of the conditions saved in the notification settings on My Page and register it as a rule by deciding how you want to receive it, such as a summary of new announcements or an imminent deadline.
Receive a connection code from the Telegram card in notification settings, and connect your account by sending /start and the code to the notification bot within 10 minutes. Bots cannot speak first, so the connection is initiated by the user.
After connecting, click Send Test to see if you receive a test message in Telegram. You can check your settings without waiting for the first day your rules work.
From the list to which the saved conditions have been applied, view the items that are close to closing first and add them to the notice of interest. Participation in bidding and bidding takes place at the KONEPS.
BLUE JODAL / INTRODUCTION

In KONEPS, you have to re-enter the conditions each time you search, and the ordering plan, preliminary specifications, bid notice, and result notice are in separate menus. BLUE JODAL saves conditions and continues viewing seven types of data from the same list.
Currently available search and account functions can be used at no additional charge. Condition storage, notifications, result notification viewing, and CSV export are all included. We will notify you in advance when new paid features are added.
You can search without logging in. Create an account and use only functions that require personal settings, such as saving notices, saving search conditions, and receiving notifications.
If you use spaces, you can find announcements that contain all the words, but the order can be different. For example, if you search for “office furniture,” you will find announcements that contain both words, such as “purchase office furniture for government office.” You can also remove leases by adding negative words.
You can save multiple conditions for each division or item, and designate one of them as the default. Default conditions are automatically applied when you enter the search screen.
The collection process runs every few minutes to receive new and revised notices. Canceled or reposted items are displayed with tags in the list.
We are currently sending it via Telegram, and email notifications are being prepared. Notifications for the same notice and for the same reason are sent only once, so the same content is not repeated.
You cannot participate. BLUE JODAL is a search service that searches for and manages public notices, and bidding and electronic bidding must be conducted at the KONEPS.
Even without registering as a member, you can search immediately by entering a single keyword. There is no usage fee.
