Open and save PDFs
Drag and drop a PDF or press Ctrl+O to open it, then use Ctrl+S to save. Open a PDF on your PC, add annotations and save the result.
Drag and copy document text
Use the selection tool to drag over and copy text. Even fragmented PDF text is grouped cleanly by line or box.

Register stamp PNGs and signature images in the app and place them with one click.

Free-form text notes

Full-screen presentation
Use the Presentation button in the Windows app or press F5 to start full screen from the current page. Navigate with the arrow keys, Page Up/Down, Space or the mouse wheel, and press Esc to exit.

Can I use BLUE PDF in a browser?
BLUE PDF is currently provided as an installed Windows app. Download the installer and install it on your PC. Browser-based use is not offered.
Which operating systems are supported?
Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit.
Can I use it on a phone or Mac?
The installer currently provided is for Windows. Mobile and macOS apps are not offered.
Can I use my stamps on another PC?
Install BLUE PDF on the other Windows PC and register your stamp PNGs or signature images in that app.
Will Korean text remain intact in the saved PDF?
Korean fonts are embedded in the PDF so your Korean notes remain intact.
Does the recipient also need BLUE PDF?
No. The saved file is a standard flattened PDF containing your stamps, marks and notes. Recipients can open it in any standard PDF viewer.
