Resume playback
Reopen the same file to continue from your last position and restore the A–B repeat range. BLUE MEDIA keeps no recent-files list and does not automatically reopen the previous video at startup.
Window-size presets
Alt+1~5 switches instantly between fullscreen, 90%, original size, 75%, and 50%, centered on the current monitor.
Auto-hide in fullscreen
Controls disappear automatically in fullscreen and return when you move the mouse, keeping the video unobstructed.
Playback is powered by libmpv. Most codecs are built in, so no separate codec pack is required.

Do I need to install a separate codec pack?add
No. The built-in libmpv engine plays most formats, including MP4, MKV, AVI, MOV, and WMV, without a separate codec pack.
How do I use A–B repeat?add
Press [ to set the start point and ] to set the end point. BLUE MEDIA will repeat that section automatically. Press \ to clear it. This is useful for transcription and practice.
Does it handle videos longer than an hour?add
Yes. BLUE MEDIA is designed to keep the interface responsive while seeking or dragging through videos longer than an hour. It is optimized for lectures and recorded sessions.
Can I resume from where I stopped?add
Yes. When you reopen the same file, playback resumes from your last position and restores the A–B repeat range. BLUE MEDIA does not keep a recent-files list or automatically reopen the previous video at startup. Turning off resume also deletes the saved playback positions.
Do I need to install .NET separately?add
No. The .NET 8 runtime is included in the installer, so no separate installation is required. This is why the installer is about 76 MB.
